Les applications sont superbes,mais le reste ne suit pas, impossible de se procurer les consommables, coût de livraisons prohibitifs, refus des pharmaciens de distribuer les produits face à cette politique commerciale désastreuse dont vous serez victime de pénurie de consommables si vous achetez un produit de cette marque.

Cette mise à jour fait regretter lancienne version, certes plus austère mais bien plus clair. Le point le plus négatif est la disparition de la possibilité de supprimer une mesure aberrante. Il en résulte que toutes les moyennes et statistiques deviennent elles aussi aberrantes. Est-il possible de corriger ce grave défaut ou de revenir à la version précédente ?

Carton rouge pour cette version qui oblige à débloquer systématiquement le verrouillage en mode paysage de mon iPad pour lutiliser!!! Par contre, les autres améliorations semblent bienvenues... Il faut vite développer une version full compatible iPad !!! Une indication du niveau batterie sur le logiciel après connexion serait aussi la bienvenue. Merci davance :-)

Pour ceux qui ont de besoin de prendre leurs taux de glucose, ceci est le bon produit. Je veut juste quil change leurs petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner pour nous Canadien. Un déjeuner, un dîner et un souper. Et pas de PM sil est 15h00.

Just purchased this machine in the app was free. So far so good everything works fine and is easy to operate.

The app has become a little glitchy the last couple of months. Closing in the middle of a test resulting in wasting a test strip.

Just getting to know this unit. So far so good.

I miss one drop. This was frustrating to use. Wasted 3 strips before I got it to finally read. Why do they have to make it so frustrating?

This meter is extremely quick with the results, the pricing for the strips are very fair, and it is one of the easiest to use meters I’ve ever had. The app is extremely well-made and simple to use. I know that my mother who was quite elderly and not very good with technology could use this meter and the app without any difficulty.

My kit says that the meter, lancing device for ALTERNATIVE site testing, lancing device, lancets, test strips, travel case, USB Cable, “Control Solution” Owner’s Manual and Quick Start Guide. I don’t have the Control Solution and what is the Device for Alternative site testing?

It’s a whole new site on the phone. I have the Dario one and it does pretty good on the phone. It’s a piece of cake and I decided to go with yours and it’s not a piece of cake. I’ve been trying for an hour. On the phone and I can’t do anything because I cannot see it because you make it light blue and light blue. How the heck the writing so I’m ready to return this machine because I can’t even take my blood pretty frustrating. I guess those designer they don’t think about all the people that need to have a little bit more of so they could understand because honestly when I sign up, I put my name. I can barely see my name because it’s light blue on dark blue and you can’t even and then they don’t accept my password. I’m so frustrated.

I have been using the ihealth gluco+ device for about 4 days. Works great. I just downloaded the app today. I managed to sign in but after that the app keeps crashing. I opened it multiple times and it just crashes & kicks me out. Is It a bug? Or what can I do. Other than the app so far the monitor works great.

I love this app. It’s helped me get things under control. However lately it crashes unless I power my phone off and on. It’s not helping when I test myself multiple times a day. Please fix it

App keeps crashing when i opened. tried everything, uninstalled and reinstalled. Iphone reset, software update etc.

I truly love this app, the only think is I had it on my iPhone and after three days it won’t even let me click into it. It could be my issue, maybe I don’t have the storage space for it but I tried all methods to get it to work again and nothing. So now I have it on my iPad and it seems okay for now.

Keeps crashing on my iPhone, may be time to get another brand if they can’t fix these issues

It worked fine last time but it stopped working on my second use. The app keeps shutting down as soon as I open. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, still does that. I never had anything like this happened before.

I logged in 12.29.24. I was able to log my blood sugar level via Bluetooth. However, I could not log in this morning. The app opened up, then immediately closed. I reinstalled the app but to no avail. Now I cannot log in. I logged in on the website. But I got a message 204. My login or password was incorrect. But I logged in on my web browser. Please repair this or tell me what to do and I will give you a higher rating if the app works.

Worked well at first but constantly crashes now. (iPhone 13 with current iOS.) I have deleted and reinstalled several times and sometimes it’ll work for a while but then starts crashing again. I don’t have problems with other apps, just this one. Save yourself a huge headache and get something else.

I’ve been using this app for 8 months and today it quit working. The app doesn’t even open . I’ve deleted it and all of its components and reinstalled. Nothing.

Ever since they started running ads in the app, crashing has become the norm. It seems like when their ad system goes down, you can kiss off the app. HEY!! Are your ads so important that you want to drive off users? It happens again and I’m so done with you.

App worked once.. crashes immediately upon startup. Unfortunately, I’m returning the product because of the app.

Up until today, I loved this app. Today, it’s closing on me whenever I open it. I’ve tried turning my phone off and restarting and checking to see if my phone or the app needed updating (they don’t). Hoping the developers can give me an answer :)

I love that is rechargeable. No more batteries lol. My wife keeps the app on her phone to make sure I’m OK. I recommend this iHealth glucose kit to all diabetes.

i like the apo and its tracking of my leveks but it closes all the time making it hard to input a sample, it must have a bug in the software

When it works it’s great. But it just stopped opening unless I restart my phone every time and even then it’s only sometimes

The app will not load and run anymore. Worked ok for about 5 days but now it launches and shuts right down.

Literally every time I try to do anything in the app it crashes. Now all I have to do is click open and it crashes. I just got this thing today, not a good start. My iOS is current, I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro Max… the app is updated. Please advise what to do to get this to function properly.

Been using the app for a few weeks, absolutely no issues, until today. I removed the app, deleted the app, turned phone off then on, same issue. Click on the app and immediately closes. Not sure what to do. Thx

I started using this app in June and it worked perfectly. Yesterday it stopped, and still not working 24 hours later. I emailed support got the standard working on it msg. Now 24 hours later I tried the chat line. All the suggestions were on me, restart phone, delete app reinstall, nothing is working. Next they will ask me to stand on my head while shaking my phone. The app is not working, therefore my meter cannot monitor glucose. This is not just fun and games, oh well it’s not working. This is a health monitoring app for something that could be serious. If they don’t care, I will have to select a different system that actually works. Very disappointed considering it was fine until yesterday and surprised at the lack of solution or support.

This app is just ok. It doesn’t provide the reports other apps provide-that can be printed out and given to doctors, but worse it just stopped working. The device works ok (although back to back tests showed a 62 and 130 glucose reading within 2 minutes of testing.)The app won’t stay opened. I even deleted it from my phone and downloaded it again with no change. I’m not sure what is wrong and can’t get help. I’m looking for a new system.
